Hotel Boutique B51 Puerto Banús

Only average, not 4* property or service. Very few staff and hardly any guests on our visit. The lobby bar was closed; no restaurant service other than breakfast which was about acceptable. Location is very good.

This should be a 3 star hotel. There is no laundry, room service and minibar. No one was present to help with our luggages. The bathroom had molds. Breakfast is okay. You can barely sleep at night because of bars and restaurants in front of the hotel.

We stayed 1 night and it was average, the location is excellent in the middle of everything, but for what we paid i excepted more facilities and amenities like the mini bar in the room (only 2 btls of water, nothing else) there is no bathrobes and slippers, no kettle and no coffee machine, the tv is old, the decoration of the room is very basic, you feel like you are in an empty room. For 300€ per night we expected a little more than we found.

El hotel esta muy viejo, descuidado en una zona super ruidosa, las camas super incomodas y ni que decir de las almohadas, y lo peor del caso es el precio, definitivamente busquen otra opcion.

the hotel is nice, the rooms are not so big depending on the one you booked, i prefer the one with the balcony, the standard rooms are pretty small but its in a very good area, there is many restaurants around, bars, clubs and shopping

Beautiful hotel right in the heart beach area. Great beach and shopping. Loved our stay.

Some of the light fixtures didn't work and there wasn't a shower curtain but overall great place.

Was 2 bookings in the same property under different names by mistake. Zero help from staff or management to resolve despite trying to cancel one in advance and keep just the one other. Beautiful view but run down in every way with no bathroom amenities on site. Didnt stay at B51 but in Park Plaza Suites with all things bearing the B51 name so not even sure which to review. Attrociously bad experience and makes me question why I use Expedia, clearly not as trusting going forward. Booked thousands and thousands of dollars in travel and discarded to take my business elsewhere. Should be ashamed

Basic but very clean , help and polite staff
