Personnel très arrangeant, emplacement très pratique.

Very kind hosts, they waited for us for a late check-in at night, and for a small extra fee we could also have a late check-out and stay in the room until our night bus. Great location, good food, and they even gave us water when we left for a hike. The room had clean towels, a kettle, and a terrace with a view of the street.

Water was dripping from the ceiling (not onto the bed and it didn’t really affect our stay). There were some oily stains on the bed linen that can’t be washed out anymore, and if you have a room facing the busy street it can be very noisy from early morning (scooter horns, trucks, taxis) – but it didn’t bother us too much.

Great hotel in the heart of Sapa town. Run by lovely, helpful and kind family. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

Everything was great

The family that runs the place are lovely!! My bus arrived at 3 am and for a small fee I could make the check in at that time, they also helped me to book my bus to Hanoi, the food, the location 💕
