The location

I booked a suit and they gave me a deluxe room instead and this is not the first time and when i tried to change it they said they have no rooms available and the treatment was full of sarcasm and racism

The room that we got did not have a large bed as advertised on Booking.com . It was a very small bed, most likely the room was meant to be for single use.
