Breakfast is a delight...in the open-air dining lounge with a small buffet of yoghurts, fruit, nuts/seeds, and fresh savoury items, croissants and cakes. Hot breakfast selections are available to order.

For my part, the setting was informal, quiet and divine. But I would suggest they provide a cover sheet for the bedding in addition to the wonderful duvet.

Had a wonderful stay at Masseria Sottomasi - the grounds are simply stunning, vast, luscious and so well laid out that there is always a space to escape as if you were the only one there! A retreat to relax and unwind with just the birds singing and the odd distant hum of a local tractor in a neighbouring olive grove - a wonderful place to meditate and unwind away from reality! The owner, Ruth, was so welcoming and always careful to check that all is well, and a very kind and gentle lady. The food was delicious - with a very talented head chef, offering a range of different dishes (the fresh fish, grilled to perfection!) - and the service from the front of house Antonella was second to none, always remembering preferences from the day before, and always serving with a smile! Would definitely recommend a stay here! Finally, the manager, Pino, was very welcoming, and always available to help if you asked - he is a great asset to Masseria Sottomassi! We look forward to visiting again soon!

Excellent breakfast - beautifully presented and eaten at different locations around the property (including the roof). A peaceful, beautiful location with a fabulous relaxed atmosphere

Only 2 things could have improved our stay. The first is having the ability to make a cup of tea in our room in the morning. The second is having a WC close to the swimming pool to avoid having to cover up and walk back to the masseria and up to our room.

The staff were incredibly professional and the service was EXCELLENT! Our stay was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Absolutely beautiful place. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

All is perfect. The qualité of the masseria Building, design with the lot of taste, the spa. For us the amazing plus was the garden and the swimmingpool area. It was à paradis. The beauty of this masseria help to feel relax. We will return. A very good adress.

Nothing just à regret: the restaurant was not open for dinner.
