Hotel catalogado como 4 estrellas, pero más cercano a un 3 estrellas justo. * Colas frecuentes en las comidas. * Calidad de la comida bastante baja para la categoría del hotel.

Un poco el ruido pero de parte de los huéspedes

Dopala nam se lokacija koja je savršena! Blizu najlepšeg dela plaže. Sve što može da vam bude potrebno je u blizini,od prodavnica,restorana, do lagane šetnje do vidikovca Kastell de Sant Joan. Sobe su male, redovno se čiste ,imali smo lepu terasu.

Kada smo stigli sačekale su nas male flašice vode, koje nismo dobili ni jednom posle toga. Jako je nezgodno i VELIKI minus što ne postoji mali frižider u sobi u kom bi smo mogli da rashladimo vodu i morali smo non stop da idemo u prodavnicu jer u suprotnom se voda u sobi ugreje i nemoguće je piti. Kreveti su neudobni, s' obzirom da smo platili trokrevetnu sobu,dobili smo dva kreveta i jedan pomocni koji je jos neudobniji od ovih " standardnih" i toliko je nizak da se posteljina sve vreme vuče po podu. Buka u hotelu je velika, jer su gosti hotela deca na ekskurziji. Prvu noć smo zaspali u 4h ujutru jer su deca tek tada prestala da divljaju. Osoblje je reagovalo ljubazno na našu žalbu i ponudili su nam da zamenimo sobu. Vreme obroka u hotelu je neverovatno kratko,doručak od 8-9.30h ,pa nije ni čudno da svi odjedanput nagrnu i prave se veliki redovi za hranu. Neverovatno je i da u toku obroka nemate pravo na piće, osim ako ste all inclusive gosti. Možete sipati samo vodu,sto nama nije bio problem jer uglavnom to i pijemo,ali nikada do sada nisam videla tako nešto. Paradoks je hrana za doručak koja je ispod prosečna,nema nikakvih sirnih namaza ili jogurta,ali imate šampanjac 🙄. Zato je večera vrhunski ukusna i raznovrsna, ne verujem da postoji neko ko ne može da pronadje nešto što mu se dopada. Fantastična riba,meso,salate,voće, sladoled, predivni kolači... Alii... na ceo restoran dva slanika,pa stalno morate da ga jurite po restoranu. Neverovatno kako su svi nedostatci tako lako rešivi, a da se niko time ne pozabavi. Prava šteta jer postoje kapaciteti da hotel bude za ocenu 10. Restoran na 7. spratu, gde postoji djakuzi,mali bar izgleda fantastično,aliii.... nema hlada i rade samo do 18h,bar dok smo mi bili tamo. Što je prava šteta jer bi smo rado uveče popili neki koktel i uživali na prelepoj terasi. Bazen nismo koristili pa ne mogu da komentarišem,osim što sam videla da se redovno čisti i da lepo izgleda,posebno deo za decu.

La comida,el café, zumos, la tortilla de patatas, bollería, la calidad es muy baja. Teníamos el desayuno incluido y nos fuimos a otro lugar a desayunar.

Que había muy poca variedad de comida! No estaba mala, pero podrían poner más variedad para mí gusto!! Y que no haya nereva en la habitación tampoco me parece bien porque hacia mucha calor y te tenías que beber el agua caliente 😥

The location of the hotel is only a 2 or 3 minute walk from the beach where you are treated by a friendly beach front bar/shack. In itself the hotel setting is not spectacular, but what you might expect from a non sea front hotel. The atmosphere in the area is relaxed and quite enjoyable. There's little or no excitement happening local to the hotel so one can relax. The rooms are clean and tidy. They are spacious enough and cleaned regularly. Disappointed that we were in a end room and had a very obnoxious and loud neighbour who thought nothing of leaning on his left hand balcony rail that gave him full view into our room. The sun only touched our balcony and hour before sunset. The restaurant was clean and tidy. We were given a suggested time for us to eat which was as it opened at 7pm. This was a stamped and a free for all so we avoided. Very very disappointed with how food was served up and the finer details of the restaurant. The quality of food was good but if I wanted veg I would have to stand in front of the chef and hold my plate out like Oliver twist. Being a vegetarian it's embarrassing having to ask for more than the skimpy amount they would dish up. For instance I went to the chef who spooned out 4 baby carrots, 4 X small quarters of boiled potato and sprig of broccoli. It's as if they have not cooked enough to allow people to serve themselves. Scrambled eggs in the morning often had a chef rationing them out. My partner's not a veggie, and said the meats and fish were tasty, but the rationing was very off putting. One evening I had a problem finding a coherent hot meal from what was on offer. I didn't want to have chips, they were dry and unappealing. I found potatoe croquettes, and placed a few on my plate. I went to the table and put one in my mouth, it tasted strange. When I cut one open, it was potato and ham. I went to the chef and asked is this vegetarian? He said no, then looked at me like I was mad. To emphasise he picked the little wooden plaque up to show me, It simply said croquettes. He then shrugged his shoulders and looked confused. The sign was later replaced with the correct sign say ham and potato croquettes. Also they would not let me have drinks on our first night without paying cash or card. I asked to charge it to my room but they wouldn't because we had not taken the small room card we were issued. No one told us we needed it in the restaurant, we were half board. If I a complaint on the hotel it would be the restaurant.

Lovely clean and polite staff

The hospitality was above and beyond. we were welcomed right away with friendliness and respect. Hotel met all our expectations. It made our holiday one to truly remember not a detail was missed ! we love this hotel been before and been again as fell in love with it from the start! I truly recommend this hotel!
