A pesar de que al momento de la reserva especifica que el pago es en mostrador, desde 24hrs antes de mi llegada empezaron a escribir muy insistentemente para que adelante el pago. Me intentaron cobrar de más por lo que no estuve deacuerdo. El dia de mi llegada nuevamente mas temprano insistieron. Les comente que era de muy mal gusto que nos estuvieran estresando antes de nuestra llegada. Dijeron que son políticas del hotel, y que era para garantizar mi reservacion. Creo que debe estar garantizada simplemente por el hecho de que existe, de lo contrario pongan pago anticipado desde el principio. Tengo las capturas de pantalla de las conversaciones de WhatsApp donde se comprueba lo anterior
