"I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay with a fun pool area and spacious, clean room."

The location was absolutely perfect for the event I was attending. I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the room had a lot of really great features. The pool area was fun. The stay was nice and I did not have any issues here.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The pool was AMAZING!

The pool got very crowded late in the day and no one enforced safety rules.

"It was styling, but maybe not profiling"

It was close to Mystic Lake had places to eat easy to get to

there was only a few things, but not enough to dislike the place. The pool was a little cold. The fan for the bathroom area didn’t work. I wish there was a little more options for the TV channels.

"Hotel was in a great location, just wish I could have taken a hot bath after a 5hr drive, cold wate."

The pool area was great besides slightly dirty

The shower/bath water temp was barely warm, the beds mattress and pillows were very hard and not comfortable.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. One issue was the lack of non-pork breakfast options, which made it difficult to find suitable food choices. The room also lacked proper blinds or window coverings, which affected privacy and made it hard to block out light. The apple juice served at breakfast tasted like straight concentrate and was not enjoyable. To make matters worse, I found hair in the strawberries that were being served, which raised concerns about cleanliness and food handling. Overall, these issues negatively impacted my experience, and I hope the hotel addresses them to improve future guests’ stays.I was in room 325 Tuesday and Wednesday the 16 and the 17 2026..
