"Some of the staff was helpful but some were very rude to my wife. We were not"

Location was great.

Started with the wrong style room. The next was very damp the whole time and the toilet plugged, sink was very slow to drain. 3rd room had a water leak from the room above through the ceiling. Pool slide was out of commission, hot tub are was not very clean, old band aides were laying around.
