"sparkling clean lobby and room"

The room lighting was very bright and the shower water volume was strong.

The bed was too soft for my liking. Around 10 oclock pm I left my room and forgot my key inside , so i went to the front desk to get another keycard and found no one. I rang the bell and waited several minutes for no response. i repeated this 3 times and finally someone showed up after 10-15 minutes. They apologized but still...

Clean and very friendly

The TV in my room was not working and they could not get it fixed., so all evening, no tv no internet… didn’t offer to change ne rooms; They didn’t offer a rebate for a next time…

Solid stay. Due to the kitchenette the room had a bit of a lived in smell but I have stayed here previously without same issue. Staff were helpful, location is perfect. Room was excellent and modern. Only gripe is considering the depth of competition in the area this stay is more of a 110-125 range. Little over priced for slower season. Overall would recommend and predictably solid stay!

"I did not sleep well with the plumbing noise and the lack of security with the deadbolt issue."

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was okay. They were out of some of the food and hadn't refilled so I didn't get to taste it all.

The deadbolt did not work on the door, the several of the towels were already/still dirty/stained, and the noise from the plumbing above was incredibly loud.
