I like the staff asked if I would like to stay downstairs or upstairs and how many people I travel with to be commentating.

Soup ran out and the water facet in the shower cannot be turned off completely. Wish there is a microwave and a kettle.

"Great place to spend the night."

Beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and in general it’s a good place to spend the night. Also the closeness to the Heavenly Gondola made it a good value for money and location.

The shower only dispensed cold water, which is a pretty major problem, but other than that, nothing else was wrong.

"Just a horrible experience. Save your $220+, spend it elsewhere."

Nothing much to add besides a regular motel.

No hot water in showers / taps. Forced to take cold shower in feb weather. absolutely no service. Room phones dont work. No one answers door bell. Booked for occupancy of 3, only 2 towels present. No body to ask for extra towel.

Great location with a short walk to the gondola or the casinos. Great price for the stay. It is nice they have updated the rooms. The rooms were spacious and had a fridge and micro.

"Almost perfect."

Got there and had an easy check in. Perfect day. Owner was great to work with. Only challenge is that I have needed to call and follow up and the phone number does not have Voicemail set up so I’ve spent five days trying to do a simple follow up. If that could be solved, this is one of the best places to stay near heavenly Village.
