room was clean & confortable, ok for one night and right in the centre of town next to the main shopping centre. The receptionist was somewhat abrupt and gave out the feeling he didn't really want to be there. we asked about oarking as we had parked in a side street and he eventually answered after going through everything else and explained hiw to get to the underground carpark, however when we tried to get to the carpark the roads were closed due to a big race going on!!! and we couldn't so ended up back in a side street. Surely with all the police & marshalls etc around reception would have known this race was happening and not sent us out to a carpark we couldn’t get access to!!!

Bon séjour juste pour 2 nuits pro sur un salon sans le temps d'apprécier la ville. Ras pour l'établissement sauf pas d'eau chaude le dimanche matin pour une douche et commercer ma journée la direction pas donner de raisons particulières juste sur le ballon Grrrr.....???

il eut fallu avoir l'adresse du parking et le moyen d'y accéder la personne à la réception m'a donné par téléphone, c'est moi qui l'ai appelé, une adresse GPS erronée. propreté de la chambre et des draps douteuse nous somme restés 4 nuits, pas de ménage, pas de changement de serviettes ni de draps

"Rouen, a stopover to center parcs"

A stopover hotel, in a very convenient location. Rouen is a lovely city, and the Jardin Des Plantes is fantastic to visit.

"Très bon accueil, hôtel correct."

Le personnel est sympathique et dévoué. Les chambres sont dans un état correct. Le quartier n'est pas fameux mais correct la nuit. L'hôtel n'est pas facile à repérer, derrière le centre commercial.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Spülkasten auf der Toilette und es ist am selben Tag behoben worden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht! Das wir nur gut und nicht hervorragend geschrieben haben, liegt an "Kategorie" des Hotels im Vergleich zu hochpreisigeren Häusern. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist prima.
