Our arrival experience was not pleasant. We had to move to other room due to mold smells in our first room. Then the second room the AC didn’t work and had to be replaced. No, apologies given just “we will take care of it”, like they were use to this happening regularly. Afterwards, the stay went well.

Flor de cana restaurant staff are very good with you and go above and beyond. Some staff of the hotel are great.

You go on vacation and expect to have a great time wherever you are going. This wasn't the case because parts of the hotel where closed due to renovations and the staff tells you this already when you have checked in not before you arrive to do the necesary changes and go to a nother hotel. Too expensive too just only use the room. We lost our vacation days in a hotel that we couldn't do anything. If the hotel is going to do renovations please to let people know beforehand.

Property is clean and accessible. Casino is big, plenty of machines and tables. Pool would be nice if it was accessible earlier than 9 am. Gym small but doable for a couple of days.
