Filthy sheets, no tissues in bathroom after asking twice at desk…The desk attendant was hardly at his post, so guests were constantly waiting…and after all this, they double charged me… called before booking to confirm there was a pool, only to find out it wasn’t functional, despite being an indoor pool and having been told it was open. Very upset to have spent $40 extra on a hotel with a pool, and being lied to. Breakfast was a joke as well. No caffeinated coffee, only decaf, and cereal/muffins.

They had limited staff, the breakfast was very limited, they did not have regular coffee, either at the breakfast or in the room, only decaf. The soundproofing was terrible. I would not stay there again.

The hotel itself is dated and dirty. Our room the same. No cold water issued from the sink. We found hair on countertops in the room and in the bathroom. The sheets looked wrinkled and we were unsure if they’d been washed. Towels were threadbare. But the last straw was when the toilet did not flush, just sort of slowly swirled. We were shown and offered a different room, but decided to move on. The front desk clerk, Jim, was very nice and accommodating. He refunded our pet fee and assured us the room charge will come off our credit card — time will tell. Hotels.com should remove this property from its inventory.

we’ve stayed here in the past and didnt have any issues. That was a few years ago. Upon entering, i had to wait for the associate to come out of their own hotel room. Otherwise- Check in went smoothly. The stench of the hotel is hard to miss. When we got to the room there was a bug in the sink, minimal towels and it appeared that the shower curtain has stains. The sink was always dripping. Breakfast was a major disappointment ! Milk was curdled. The juice machine- apple juice & another juice was empty dispensing bleach water type fluid. Small food offerings. Waffle maker batter was sour.

The room was clean enough, as was the bathroom. The hotel as a whole is very tired, with a pool that is closed (and has been for a while I think). The cleaning lady was very friendly, the staff is very small, and the front desk is not always manned. The breakfast was fine if you went earlier, the coffee was just dark water. The description said pet friendly, please let them know ahead of time that you will be bringing a pet, as they only have certain rooms where pets are allowed. There is a $10 pretty fee per night. It's in a good location for groceries (Walmart) and highway access.

My room smelled clean but the sheets and duvet were wrinkled making me second guess if they were clean. There were areas of mold in the bathroom. There was one ice machine for the whole hotel and it was out my entire stay. I could not even go to the lobby and use the water dispenser to get cool water because it was turned off since it was not breakfast time. My shampoo and conditioner seemed to only half full as if the cleaning put them back out after someone had already used part of it.

I am displeased with my current stay in this hotel. Our sheets and comforters had matching dried stains, which would indicate they were not swapped out and cleaned between guests. Both mirrors have bubbly/spit substance on them, indicating they were not cleaned. We found a full bottle of opioids in our closet, with our 4-year-old staying with us. The bathroom door hits the door frame preventing it from closing. TV will turn on but will not display anything and will not cycle channels or display any menu or display anything really. The hallways have cleaning chemicals out, lying around, unattended where anybody can grab them, including our 4-year-old. Not once was our room freshened up durring our multi-day stay. Moving onto the breakfast. It is extremely lacking on variety and meats. Only had original oatmeal. All the juice options were water. Only 2 flavors of yogurt and they were extremely small containers. Just blueberry muffins. The "made to order" pancakes are smaller than a golf ball, no joke, the batter was over half full and size was set to medium, I verified. There were 0 meats; no gravy, bacon or sausage. This is stay is during the national solar eclipse with people traveling from all over the country and I was expecting better service since the current going price for a room here is $259 for this weekend and the normal price is about $75.

Check-in was a bit hectic. The owners working the front desk (who I understand just purchased the property a few months ago) had some issues with Hotels.com and had to get them on the phone while I was getting checked in. It took nearly 45 mins to complete the process. Once done, one of the two rooms I had booked, the key would not operate the door. Maintenance had to come to let us in. The room was decent but it could have been better cleaned. I'm thinking the new owners will get better with time. The property isn't bad, just needs a little love. They could try to get the pool back open. Probably need to hire someone who can maintain it.

Checked in late so pretty much didn't check room out till next morning. Pretty much webt straight to bed. Noticed when getting into bed that the top sheet covering the bed had small brown stain or something on it. When waking in morning noticed several bigger brownish spots around the small one. Thought that was disgusting. Two rolls of toilet paper in bathroom which were both on the rollers. One was half gone and other was empty with no unopened rolls to replace. Considering there were two guests in this room there was only two bath towels. Also the bathroom needed cleaned floor was dirty and hair in bathrub. Do to early plans, no working in-room phone and no front desk attendant I wasn't able to bring my complaints to their attention before I got back in the afternoon. When I got back to the room opened curtains to find ants on the windowsills again tried to use the in-room phone and didn't work. Proceed to go to front desk sign stating if need assistance call using guest phone in lobby dial "0". After 5 rings woman picks up asks to help. I ask her to come to the desk. I proceed to tell her above complaints she looks at me as if I am lying and stupid then tells me that housekeeping knocked on my door and noone answered so they didn't come in. Last I knew that is when housekeeping cleaned the rooms while guests were out. There was no tag to out on the door to inform them that the room needed tended to. The gentleman the checked in & out that was awesome. Wished I took pics.
