Las instalaciones están muy bien, lástima el agua muy fría de las albercas

No había champú en el baño, no había toallas suficientes, no había cobijas hayq ue pedirlas en recepción, no había toallas para las manos, no hubo servicio de café, decía que a las 10 terminaba el servicio pero nunca hubo, la atención más oh menos no informan bien las opciones de servicio etc..

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, the room's AC was working which is a plus in Mexicali.The pool was clean and had plenty of space. The only downside of the pool where some of the guests who were smoking and leaving their trash behind instead of cleaning after themselves. I would consider staying there again.

The only thing it could be improved would be replacing the mattresses and pillows.

Tuvimos que pagar por el segundo auto $300 pesos, los cajones para estacionarse muy angostos apenas te puedes bajar. Sábanas y toallas se miraban ya maltratadas No muy comoda la cama. Relación calidad precio no concordaban
