Very comfortable room. There were some issues with the AC. At first it wasn’t cooling the room adequately. That was resolved but then the compressor was quite loud and sounded like it needed some maintenance. A maintenance person I spoke with actually confirmed that the hotel had opted not to replace some components that should have been replaced prior to opening. Hopefully they will address that. Otherwise, very comfortable stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel's check-in time is 3pm, and they will not budge. We arrived around 1pm and thought it might be possible to get the room. Kept being promised it would be expedited and ready as soon as possible. 3pm arrives, and the room is still not ready. We ask to speak to a manager, and magically, the room is suddenly available and we receive the key to the room. I hate being lied to. Poor customer service. Do better.

Vi firade födelsedag i köpenhamn och hade med hunden. Personlaen var otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Allt vsr ordnat för hund med hundsäng, skål och godis. Han fick vara i alla delar av hotellet och möttes med glada rillrop så fort han visade sig. Vi fick många tips på restauranger och de ofdnadd både blommor och vin till födelsedagsöverraskningen. Otroligt fint!! Vi älskade vistelsen.

I loved the comfortable bed, the complementary fresh fruit in the lobby. There where not enough possibilities to hang or lay down items especially in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you
