Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort

We neverr got sny cleaning in our room the 4 nts we were tnere. The sheets were dirty with uriine stains on the sheets and every day we needed to go up to front desk because our keys didnt work. We gound dirty diaper behind the tv in living room and also empty water bottle too. Been comimg there for over 20 ye,ars and dont thimk we will ever come again

Will not stay here again. I have been coming here for 11 years three times a year.There is no longer a cleaning service there so if you need new bed linens or towels or toilet paper or anything, you have to bring your dirty stuff down to the front office and exchange it for new stuff you have to make your own bed, you have to sweep your own floors so if I’m gonna do all this, I might as well stay home. They have Renta cops that walk around all day long telling you all the stuff you’re not allowed to do. You used to be able to bring a cooler to the pool deck you are no longer allowed to do that if you get a drink at the tiki bar or any drink, you are not allowed to drink it in the pool. They will tell you to drink your drink out of the pool and what was disappointing for my kids as they close the pool at 9 o’clock even on the weekends so they didn’t get to play with any of their light up toys for the pool the tiki bar also closes between 930 and 10. This hotel has changed dramatically and not for the good until new management comes along. I will not be coming back because there are no cleaning service the stove, oven and refrigerator were disgusting. I had to deep clean the room before I could even unpack. I also had a roach problem in my room!!! The only thing I can say good about this hotel anymore is the food at the tiki bar is very good and well priced but you better get there before 9 o’clock at night.

The hotel was old and outdated the pool was great but the lift did not work they said it would be fixed that day but we were there for 5 days and still no lift my mom’s wheelchair would not fit through the bathroom door so she had to go downstairs to the men’s restroom every time she needed to go to the restroom yes the men’s restroom the women’s restroom was not handicap accessible for her we also found drug paraphernalia in the public bathroom we will not be coming back to this hotel ever again no discount for any thing

Very relaxing and fun

We had an amazing family trip. Everyone wa amazinc. The drinks at tiki bar was on point. The Shirley temples for the kids was yummy. Thanks for the memories

The staff at the front desk left us hanging for several hours for the second time this year after assuring us they were taking care of us. They forgot about us in March and again this time. If it were not for the pool/restaurant staff, we would probably not come back. Also, they left a dead rat at the exit from the pool area for several hours.
