Spark by Hilton Ann Arbor South

This was a nice, clean hotel. They are under construction so we expected a bit of noise. But it wasn't until morning that we heard anything. We would come again.

Renovating halted by the City of Ann Arbor? Huh? So they aren’t completely done, however, our room was wonderful. The bed isn’t too soft and it isn’t too hard, it is just right. 🙂 Clean, quiet, relaxing. Convenient to the express way and surrounding shopping and restaurants.

The Comfort Inn was a great place to stay for us. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were great. We would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable. Adequate breakfast...staff very nice...front desk woman pleasant...breakfast lady was on top of it. Pool warm enough to swim in, hot tub was closed. Reasonable price.

Great staff—front desk, kitchen, and room cleaning. Room was neat and clean but sparse. More comfortable chairs (at least one!), more shelves, and more than one luggage rack needed. Otherwise, good.

The front desk person was very professional , friendly, and informative. The property was undergoing some renovations and the smell was strong. The breakfast was very good, the best I have experienced. There was a woman at the pool (I don’t think she was a guest of the hotel) who was drinking alcohol and kept going outside to smoke for hours. This person then had a large group come and she even had a boom box. I think management needs to monitor the pool. The pool area was clean, the pool was clean and towels were placed on every chair. Once the renovations are done and the pool monitored, I would give it a 5.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly.
