Awesome hotel! Got the double queen room and was very happy with it. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and breakfast was hot.

The property itself is nice and just what we needed for the price point. We had a bit of a situation as we were coming from far away we didn’t make it to the first night of our booking. I called in advance to ensure they were aware of our absence and the kind worker I spoke to suggested we ask to talk to a manager about a refund. When we arrived the next day around 12, we were at the front desk about to check in and the employee there was quick to cut us off that they were full before we explained we already had a booking, a bit rude. After that our check in went okay and I asked about talking to a manager as we missed our first night, the girl didn’t know much and said the manager wasn’t there so we decided to come back later. Later that night I spoke to a very kind employee named Mia who I spoke to on the phone the night prior. She told me to speak with expedia and get the refund approved by the hotel and go from there. I did so and I was told my refund was rejected by the hotel. I then went back to speak with Mia again and she told me that her manager rejected our refund. Mia was the only helpful person in this situation. I appreciate hotels have policies and missing the first night of our booking due to last minute personal reasons is technically our own fault but I thought there would be some better customer service provided given we physically never made it to that night of the booking. Otherwise the hotel was still great in every other aspect

My only problem was I needed to change my key card 3 or 4 times because it didn't work. The girls at the desk gave me a new one easily, but it was a little annoying having to go to the desk when I wanted to go in my room. A large group with children checked in. The kids ran up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors. They were allowed at the pool making a lot of noise after midnight. The place was very clean and the people at the desk were very friendly.

It was a great stay. Staff is wonderful. The rooms need a bit of a refresh. Especially bathrooms.

The room and public areas were nice and clean, however, the chair in our room is older and looks it. The pillows were less than stellar. Pretty good breakfast.

Clean, no frills, but gets the job done. Comfort Inns are consistently clean.

It was clean just run down and old bathroom had broken tiles and the carpet coming up on the corners
