El personal es tan grosero!! Llamé al llegar porque no encontraba la entrada al edificio A y me costaba explicarle la situación a la empleada y ella solo me cortó la llamada!! Se le sentía el enojo!! Luego llamé al salir y también me cortaron la llamada!! Groseros y maleducados!! L habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, un televisor demasiado viejo que no sintonizaba más de un canal de cable, la puerta del balcón se caía y la base de la cama estaba diseñada para lastimar los dedos de los pies. Lo peor es que no reembolsan así que me tocó quedarme!

The code to the rooms didn't work and the AC didn't keep the rooms cold only the living room.

I’ll start by saying, the room was massive and the location is perfect. The garage parking that comes included is great, and there are city buses that stop within a 15 second walk from the room. And the Park City Adventure Park is a couple minutes walk. But that’s where the positives end. The lodge was built in the 1980s, and this room shows it. The microwave is more than 40 years old and the showers have not been updated since the 90s. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, not that it even mattered because half of the channels on the TV did not work. It asked for a pin when I called their 24/7 number, the worker told me that they had no way to get it because it is up to the owner of the unit.

Perfectly located, clean and convenient. Host was super nice, very responsive. Highly recommend

Smelled weird. You Check in on your own, but if there’s an issue you have to call a number. Furniture is really out of date.
