The cleanliness. The location to my venue.

The parking is awful. We were blocked in by two large buses. The lady as the front desk was unpleasant and would not help in asking the drivers of the bus to move so that we could get out.

Mrs Victoria Bowen the manager for this hotel was awesome! Super helpful and very nice. Even under the heavy workload that walked in when we were checking in, she maintained professional and great customer service. Will visit again!

"Clean and really good hotel breakfast"

This is a tidy little IHG hotel with everything you would expect from the Holiday Inn Express. Nice and clean and everything is pretty new. The breakfast was well stocked and there was plenty of space for the hotel patrons even though it was pretty full our second night. It's a bit of a ways out of the historic downtown, but it's Raleigh so it is still quick to get into town. The hotel is also really close to a well-stocked Walmart in case you need something.
