Facilities should be cleaned and fixed.

Room was sufficiently cooled by air conditioning and bed was relatively comfortable. The location on the boardwalk was ideal for those who prefer less noise from activities and crowds below.

The whole building is dated. The hallways were hot (no A/C). The bathroom needs remodeling or updating. Bathtub floor was visibly stained.

If there was anything I could say I liked about this location, is the fact that it is beachfront as advertised

There were several issues with my stay from the moment I arrived at this location. Upon entering, 4 staff members including the manager never greeted me. Secondly entering the king suite assigned to me, the room was completely outdated and unclean. Next door was maintenance being done to the room so I couldn’t even rest due to the loud banging and drilling sounds.Bugs smashed on the sliding glass door. 15 minutes into being in the room, we noticed small cockroaches crawling around from the bathroom tub drains. Manager was called and shown the issues there where she assisted in moving us to a different room only after I walked to the front desk to complain and she lied stating no room was available to move us to but after she came in to see the roaches she then left is move. Lastly at 3am in the morning we heard loud banging on our room door. Only for us to be awaken by a different manager asking questions as to why me and my wife were occupying the room. Obviously the first manager never switched the rooms for us in their system. It was just too many inconveniences on just a 2 day stay at this hotel. Was offered a refund on one of the nights and supposedly was sent a refund back to booking.com but they are saying they haven’t received proper information from the hotel manager yet and will be reaching out to me once they have completed an investigation of the issues

I expected the pool to be on the property, but it is across the street. There was no breakfast option on sight. Even the restaurant on site was lunch and dinner.

Beach front balcony. Indoor and outdoor pool.

No breakfast, very bad parking. Definitely very old building i.e. holes in walls, dirty, broken elevators, broken doors.

I like that we were on the beach. We could look out and see the ocean. Close too a lot of restaurants and shops.

Was not told where or if we had amenities but we paid the fee. It could have been a little cleaner.
