You refused to answer the phone for me or booking.com in order to issue a refund with reason. We called for 2 days almost every hour and nothing.

The facility is very old, from the bed to the curtains and carpet, the bathroom is very small and stained tub, dust was on top of the shower wall, I do not recommend this hotel at all. You pay a resort fee per day, and there is only 3 or 4 weight machines, dirty pool, and a few game machines. The whole facility is very neglected and dirty

The location was nice and the restaurant Las Palmas was great.

Poor customer service. Left our door open twice after cleaning our room. Notified the front desk both times and nothing was done about it. Had to ask for towels every day because they would take them when they cleaned the room but did not replace them. Was told by the front desk that a manager would call me to address our concerns and got nothing. The room smelled horrible like wet moldy carpet. The elevator was broken so they only had one, which was very slow. Used the stairs most of the time I was there. We didn’t even try the pool because of how unclean the overall building was. It was probably out of purser anyway. It was in March when we stayed there. We won’t be going back.

The staff was excellent
