Carroll Motel & Cottages

Nice property close to trail head. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Definitely not a 3.5 star property but a good 2 or 2.5 star motel. An additional bath towel to the single small one in the unit would have been nice. But overall would definitely consider staying again.

The cabins were clean a little smaller than I expected but comfortable nice screened in porch nice yard and playground for the children everyone was so nice will definitely stay there again

Interesting property. It wasn’t dirty just dated. Not what we were expecting. No Mountain View or any view for that matter. Smelled like moth balls and I’m pretty sure there was a squirrel in the roof of the cottage. Which I mean, it’s in nature, so that happens. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely affordable so, you get what you pay for in some aspect. Idk if I’ll stay here again, but if you just need somewhere quick, it will do.

The motel needs work. The room was smaller than most, but comfortable enough for our needs. The lighting was dark. The bathroom door couldn't close. The screen door into the room could not be closed either. Dead insects were all over the window screens and in the casings. They needed cleaning badly.

Cabins need updating . Clean but peeling wallpaper, dark bathroom, new paint and neee mirrors would be good.
