הצוות בקבלה קיבל אותנו יפה, נתן מענה. היו מאוד נחמדים ורצו לעזור. החדרים היו גדולים ומרווחים. מיקום המלון היה טוב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מספיק טובה.

הלובי יפה ונתן תחושה שמדובר במלון שווה. כשעלינו לקומה 2 איפה שהחדרים היו, היינו בהלם. נראה מוזנח ומיושן. המיטות לא היו נוחות במיוחד.. קיבלנו חדר עם מזגן רועש שלא יכלנו להפעיל. ביקשנו להחליף חדר אבל אמרו לנו שהמלון מלא. וגם, בשירות בחדרים כשבאו לנקות ולסדר, לא החליפו מצעים ולא מגבות. למלון יש פוטנציאל וחבל שמבזבזים..
