La habitación tenía espacio para moverte.

No me agradó que llegamos a las casi a las 9 al hotel y tenía una habitación libre y para poder acceder a ella se tuvo que pagar 30€ suplemento, por que estamos cansados de 7 horas de bus. Además le dije que limpiase la habitación el domingo por la tarde, le pregunté a recepción si limpiaba y me dijo que sí y lo apunto (eso creo yo) y cuando llegamos estaba la habitación sucia. Y además el aire acondicionado no iba, cuando se deje la habitación puse una queja y a mí no me ah llegado ningún correo electrónico.

Vine especialmente para el concierto de BadBunny y lo que más me gustó era la ubicación. Super fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto con el bus 200 ya que la parada está a 2 mins andando y también super fácil de llegar al estadio por metro porque la estación era literalmente a pie de puerta. Tenéis varias restaurantes y cafeterías cerca y conecta muy bien con el centro. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y super cómodo todo.

Me gustó todo. No hay quejas.

Lo único bueno es el buffet de desayuno, bastante completo, y que tiene parking.

Las instalaciones y habitaciones son viejas; no pudimos dormir en toda una noche por el ruido de la maquina de aire acondicionado (por conductos) ya que hacia un ruido terrible. El siguiente dia pedimos un cambio de habitación y el ruido del aire era el algo menor pero la solucion que nos dieron era ponerlo al minimo; con las dos noches calidas que ha hecho en Madrid, hemos pasado calor. Mi novia embarazada ha pasado las dos peores noches posibles por este motivo.
