Gostei da decoração, prática, bonita, bem feita, de bom gosto e cujo foco está nas necessidades do hóspede. Gostei do café e snaks disponíveis para os hóspedes, da disposição e gentileza dos funcionários. Nota máxima para eles! O restaurante é muito bem montado e bem decorado, me pareceu ser excelente. Não compareci porque optei pela oportunidade de frequentar locais de comida japonesa, mas me deixou excelente impressão. É um hotel para o qual retornarei, caso revisite Sapporo.

It was the best hotel I stayed in Sapporo. Great room with great customer service. Every time you leave and come back to the hotel, the front desk will always greet you. Great location as well. 7 mins walk from Sapporo station.

Nothing I didn’t like.
