"Do not make check in between 10-20"

During my check in Jorge the supposed manager and Daniela the most unhappy person made my check in a nightmare. They are I think the owners of this “type” of Hilton hotel. They do not want to move from their spot and are terrible rude. This experience made me reconsider to return to older hotels in Monterrey but where client is well respected and received

"Inconvenient and overpriced."

The room was typical of any other chain, nothing special. There was a massage amount of construction noise from 5am till 11pm next door that made sleep nearly impossible. There were very few options for food or shopping within walking distance. The location is not worth the price.

We where in floor 7 (last before top) and in some point of night we could hear all the cars, ambulances and policie from the area. Nice view tho.
