First Hotel Malpensa

That it is very close to the airport which makes it the perfect stay before departure.

I always stay here when coming into or through Milan, it’s lovely and the staff are great too, also safe for baggage etc.

I really liked the airport shuttle and how easy it was to make use of it. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was ample. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and I really appreciated that. The room was very clean. I didn't use all their facilities or amenities. But from what I could tell, it seemed to really be geared towards travelers. And as one myself, I'd say it's a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. I cannot stress enough how useful the airport shuttle was for me.

The staff at the dining hall were friendly, but they couldn't understand English. That wasn't a problem with me, but I do think it would help a little if they could, considering that this hotel primarily caters to travelers. That said, they were lovely people, all the staff were.

The stuff told me to go the the airport using their shuttle to get to the centauro car rental, which there i should get a shuttle of centauro to the centauro car rental place itself. We found out it’s 2 minutes walk from the hotel which was disappointing and wasted our time
