Comfortable beds/matresses, good location but not that close to the ferry

I would have given a better rating if it wasn’t for the shower issue. Crappy shower. I was not able to get a good shower because the water from the shower head was spreading all over the place, and just drizzle. Very disappointed to not be able to have a good shower. The bathroom was apparently newly renovated so it shouldn’t take that much to put in a proper shower. Or at least check the showers once and awhile. I live in Tulum so I know how it works. And I got a room with no windows, just one out in the hallway. I guess the hotel was almost empty, so they could have given me a better room.

Nada en especial

Cuando llegué desp d mediodía el 23/09 muy descortés el tipo q me recepciono no me ayudó a subir la maleta q era re pesada ya q era 1r piso x escalera, me dijo q él no estaba para eso. Me pareció patético para eso me hubiera dejado en PB q estaba vacío el hotel. Así no se trata a los huéspedes. NO VOLVERIA A ESE HOTEL.
