There was no notice that there is a cost for the shuttle so we got on in the morning and had to run back in to pay.

We asked the navette driver to drop us off at terminal E. He then asked us which airline. When told Delta, he dropped us at terminal F, thinking that was the correct terminal. It was actually E so we had a long trek, with my mother who is handicapped. I would just recommend making sure the drivers actually know which terminals the airlines are at.
