The Fox Hotel

Like the location but the hotel is worn down, the room wasn't very clean and had issues with the parking

Excelente service! Very convenient location.

By mistake I arrived a day early than my booking date, the receptionist helped me to book room for the early date and assured me that I will be staying in the same room for my next three nights booking. She was so courteous and helpful, later I had some food to put in refrigerator and she arranged that too and when I needed some ice she went extra mile to get me some I ice just to have her hotel customer satisfied. Before leaving hotel I asked hername .Nerlishka Soto thanks a lot for your kindness and courtesy .

El lugar tiene una decoración muy bonita y llamativa pero con muchas áreas en construcción. Le hace falta un poco más de limpieza al igual que en las esquinas de la habitación se ven sucias.

while we were staying at the fox hotel,power was shut out mid night for long times.but generator for electricity was not operated.It was horribly chaos until the time when light was on again.

This hotel has much potential. It is obvious that the new management is trying to make it special. We found a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in our room on Valentine’s Day. Had issues with the AC but the manager was attentive and tried to take care of it right away. Can’t wait to come back to see how it has improved! Fun deco!

Power was out while staying

El estacionamiento estaba muy limitado. Sólo había una pequeña colcha (frazada ) por cuarto, se solicitó una adicional, pero no la proveyeron diciendo que era una por cuarto. Quedron en llamar, pero no lo hicieron. Por lo demás muy bonito y original concepto. Muy bien localizado

It was ok. Nothing special. It was good for the price we paid and in tne city center

Rented two rooms. One did not have hot water or towels. No side tables. The other we had to switch rooms because in the initial room the shower did not have a handle and the chair had nasty stains. The room we moved into smelled horrible like the rug had gotten wet at some point. The smell started as soon as you entered the hallway to the room and it was hard to sleep with that odor. There were also gnats in this room. The bathrooms in all three rooms could use a good bleaching and need to be updated. The hotel did not have blankets. Never stay here again and do not recommend. Manager acknowledged issues but offered no solutions.
