The facilities are clean and modern. Besides, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. I really appreciated how spacious was the bathroom, as well as the big mirror in it. The proximity to the outlet mall is also nice !

The shuttle bus service was an absolute nightmare! I landed pretty late, around 9pm, and I went to the area where all the shuttle buses are picking up passengers from the airport. At the same time, I tracked the shuttle bus on the website BUT it was not moving at all! I waited 1hr+ without any sign of the bus and the online tracking unavailable, after which I decided to call the hotel, they answered and told me that they needed to get a wheelchair at the terminal A which was the cause of the delay but im pretty sure it was a lie because right after the call, I saw the bus leaving the hotel on the tracking system (that went to get gas first btw). Overall, this shuttle experience was such a hassle so I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a good shuttle bus service or make sure to call the hotel as soon as you get to the pickup area. Besides that, there is not much variety for the breakfast but it works (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bagels/bread, waffles and cereals).

I wish the dining room had been a bit bigger. It's a good size hotel and we could not find a seat because it was packed.

Tive voo cancelado e não consegui usar minha estadia. Tentei cancelar ou ser reembolsado e não obtive sucesso.

Very clean , close to shopping and restaurants

The bar was closed, House keeping knock on my door at 9:40 and was trying to come in cause they thought we had left then an hour later a different housekeeper knocked on!! That I don’t like at all
