Property Notes

Parking is not available at the premises however Castle Court recommend parking on Beaumaris Green just past the pier, approximately 328 ft from the hotel. Rates are GBP 3 from 06:00 to 18:00 and GBP 1 thereafter. If guests have luggage to unload, they can do this temporarily at the front entrance before parking. Please also note that although Castle Court do have a disabled toilet on the ground floor, there is no elevator. All rooms are only accessible via stairs. Please note that guests must contact the property if they are bringing additional children as some rooms are not large enough to accommodate 3 people. Additional charges apply to additional children in the rooms where agreed with the property depending on availability of the larger rooms. When booking for more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. If you book 3 or more rooms, Castle Court will contact you with all terms and conditions. Please note that a Continental breakfast is available at an additional cost. Please note that the property has stairs and no elevator.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Excellent location. Right next to the castle & giant car park. Staff were lovely! Continental breakfast (no cooked breakfast) but had an excellent selection. Rooms were super clean, surprised how quiet it actually was considering it was a pub downstairs.

Wish the bed was a tad bit comfier but would suit people preferring a firm mattress

Location was ideal. The decor is modern, and the rooms are very clean. The staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly

Slight delay on check in as rooms weren’t ready. Understandable during busy half term. Gave us more time to explore the town so no hassle.

Good continental breakfast help yourself good quality.

Stairs 3 flights. Rattling windows. Light coming on all night in the bathroom and bathroom door kept opening. Bathroom needs updating.

"Staying for an event."

Location was good. Breakfast was fine.

Inadequate assistance when checking in. Bathroom cramped. Windows wouldn't stay open and bedroom got very hot. I would just mention that weather was exceptionally hot when stayed so offer of fan would have been helpful.

"Castle views"

Good location with views of the castle from our window. Great breakfast. Simple but fresh and plentiful. Bar staff always helpful and friendly.

Rooms are small and I kept walking into a radiator trying to get round the bed. Also our room was left unlocked one day after staff had been in to empty the bins. Nothing taken as its a safe place I think.
