The location and room. Good room and very comfortable bed

The breakfast was not appealing. Just boiled eggs and bread everyday of our stay. We asked if we could get an omlet but it was not available. The toaster was not even plugges one day. Even though plugged, the bread was not even toasting. Could bring in decent options for breakfast.

Neat n clean. Good breakfast

Nothing that I really disliked. Just that the bed area feels a lil cramped. It's an old structure with thick walls which has been renovated well. The old structure design eats up space. Otherwise it's very clean n well designed. The breakfast area in the basement is large n also well designed. It used to be a courtroom or something like that as told by the lady in the reception . Breakfast spread is good. It's just a 3 floor old building so doesn't have lifts.. should not be a problem for many but if u are travelling with large luggage it's a pain doing the stairs. The hotel doesn't have a signboard outside. There is a sign outside but it's a different hotel name so may be confusing for many but if u follow the shared location u reach there without a problem. No restaurants in the immediate neighborhood neither in the premise. There is a departmental store short walk away. U get eatables to survive for a night. so you can manage as we did 😄

It is in a good location in a quiet neighborhood. We booked a triple room and the room size was good. They put enough shampoo, conditioner and body wash for 3 people. They provide bottles of water. The breakfast was nice.

The showers have black mold, the exhaust pipes in the bathroom are dirty.

Very clean and comfortable
