Atendimento péssimo na chegada ! Tinha reserva com tudo pago e tive que ficar em uma fila insana de check in por conta das cias aérea que encaminham clientes dos voos cancelados para esse hotel. . Além disso eles deixam de atender A fila para atender tripulação que chega a qualquer momento e passa à frente no checkin.Mais de uma hora de fila cansada e quando a intenção era pagar um hotel para descansar até o voo no dia seguinte cedo .
