Starting 1 February 2017, the property will only provide maid service every other day to all stay overs, but they have the choice to offer daily service if the guest requests it at check-in. For reservations that are one night only, the entire stay will be charged. For reservations longer than one night, the first night stay will be charged to pre-authorize the credit card. Cancelation fees apply when reservation is canceled within the 48 hours policy. Cancelation is first night penalty. Customers can cancel or modify only if the reservation is outside the 48 hours policy. If the reservation is obtained through a discounted rate (any promo) then there is no cancelation, only modification.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
