Déception pour cet hôtel Très bruyant dans les couloirs, dans les chambres On entend la télévision du voisin et plus encore... Spa payant alors que ce n était pas indiqué dans la réservation A la réception personne ne t indique les activités Trop de monde dans cet hôtel, les uns sur les autres sur le balcon Literie de mauvaise qualité, drap et couverture idem Pas eu de service de ménage nous déconseillons fortement

Hotel pulito ben tenuto. Nonostante il flusso di turisti (spesso maleducati) i ragazzi in sala ristorante erano gentili organizzati e sempre disponibili, Tony il nostro favorito! Cibo ottimo e vario. Noi avevamo la pensione completa e non abbiamo mai trovato un piatto che non ci piacesse! Colazione intercontinentale ottima!!! Letto comodissimo! Doccia perfetta! Posizione ottimale, vicino al mare e a tutti i bar del paese. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!! Un grazie a Ricardo in reception per la sua gentilezza!!! Grazie grazie grazie Elena & Daniela 💗

"Smoking Room"

They put us in a room smelling like smoking cigarettes , after complaining in the reception they change us to another room , so for a 4 star hotel they should have check if the room was clean for a new customer, not to mention that they could have put us in the better room from the start.

"Más que suficiente "

El hotel está algo anticuado en cuanto a las instalaciones, modernizar algo las habitaciones le iría muy bien. Los buffets más que correctos salvo por la gran cantidad de gente que hay en agosto pero la atención de su persona es de 10. Mención especial a María, Claudia, Omaira e Ibra que se desviven por ti e intentan hacerte pasar un buen rato. La ubicación es buena para dejar ir andando tanto a la playa como al centro comercial de Calella.

I think it was a good hotel, the food was nice, however when we did the book was quite clear that the hotel had his own parking available but it wasn't true. In fact they don't have parking spaces available.
