César le gérant est très aimable et flexible ! Il s'est adapté à nos horaires compliqués. Il y a tout l'essentiel dans la chambre pour passer un petit we, le voisinage est calme et le petit-déjeuner est servi en chambre à l'heure souhaitée. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. A 5-10 min à pied d'une station de métro et du parc où se trouvent beaucoup de musées.

C'était très bien, rien à dire.

Excelente relación calidad vrs precio, el lugar muy limpio y una excelente atencion de parte d Cesar el recepcionista, nos ayudó con indicaciones de atracciones turisticas, definitivamente 10/10

"El hotel esta cerca del centro y el responsable del hotel esta dispuesto a ayudarte siempre"

Cesar, el encargado del hotel, es muy atento y esta siempre a disposición de las necesidades de los huéspedes. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente si necesitas estar cerca del centro. Al momento del check-in, me explicaron que los turistas no pagan IVA en servicios de hostelería.

No hay un dispensador de agua para huéspedes :(

Netter Rezeptionist, um die Ecke ist eine U-Bahn Station. Einfaches Frühstück mit Toast Marmelade und Käse, dazu gab es Kaffee und Tee. Dusche war schön heiß.

L’accueil du gérant : très sympa, agréable et soucieux du bien être de ses clients . De plus, nous avons pu arriver à midi au lieu de 16 H suite à notre demande grâce à sa gentillesse. -le petit déjeuner servi à l’heure souhaitée et très respectée -la proximité du métro et de petits restos typiques et bons

-la vétusté de la chambre : un parquet abîmé , un radiateur fissuré et la peinture de la chambre à refaire … - la pression de l’eau très insuffisante, quelques filets d’eau

L’hôte est super. Il nous a beaucoup aidé pour notre séjour (à Santiago et au Chili). Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Nous recommandons cet établissement!
