Nicest stay in Kingman so far BECAUSE it was a great price BUT most importantly the room was clean and very spacious AND the staff were friendly and professional. LOVED IT!!! Thank you all...Sincerely, Angela

I checked in around 415pm. The rooms were even ready for me to check in. So I went to get food and came back and still wasn’t ready. The employees were loud right outside of my room. The ice machine was broken and all i was told was I could go get some from chevron.

I stayed at this hotel for a handful of months during transition to a new town and never once had a problem here. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are standard with nothing fancy attached. All in all I had a pleasant experience and never had any trouble. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't need fancy features or luxury. Simple is good and much more cost effective.

i arrived ready for a nice hot bath, was given a room with lots of black marks and cracks in the inside coating of the tub, so i went back to the front desk, told the owner, i cant use that tub , he offereed another room and said this tub was not cracked inside well, it had cracks around the drain and peeling paint inside i took a picture, so i could show the owner he said he didnt have anything better, all the tibs are like that well needless to say, i said i can't subject my body to some unknow toxins leaching from the tub please refund, he said contact expedia to cancel when i went to do that, the website said this hotel can not be cancelled or refunded buyer beware

No lock on the door, the heater did not work and only blew cold air- towels and washcloths had holes in them

The room was fair for its price. No frills. We found black hairs in the sheets- slept in our clothes. Good wifi.

The linen was dirty, bathroom mold and mildew, mildew on the door, door would not lock. Look elsewhere for your hotel needs.

If you need a place to sleep for a low price this is your place.

The room was highly over stated the were no fridge and microwave like it said and there was not even hot water by far the worst stay I have ever had
