First and foremost the hotel has no air conditioning in May! We had hardly any sleep and when we ate in communal areas we were sweating! The rooms were cleaned daily - no complaints The beach and pools were brilliant But the lack of air conditioning really spoiled the whole holiday A special mention to Walid - on the reception desk - his customer service skills were superb. The man in the shisha cafe was also friendly. Everyone else lacked customer service skillls!!

The place needs maintenance, urgently. It could be nice, but they decided not to put money to make it nice. There is no ac even if it is hot unless it’s June 1st.

Compared to another 4 star hotels

We went there late October/early November. The animation programme was OK. The food and facilities were great, especially the quiet pool and the indoor pool. Iw was very close to the beach and sport activities there. I highly recommend it!

Still under renovation, they still working on most of the accommodations, the room where we placed had very dated furniture.
