Allways like staying there

the water was hot and pillows comfy

the bed made out of concrete, not much offered for breakfast

Was booked at wrong location and both locations not will to correct or make right

No blankets just a sheet and something that looked like a thin curtain. Made it ever hard to sleep. Bathroom was dirty and needed a deep cleaning

Our room was very dirty. There were streaky, crusty handprints on every surface. The bed sheets were stained, the carpet was unvacuumed (we found rubber bands that go on braces in the floor, along with food crumbs and hair), The bathroom floor was dirty, the walls streaked with grime. I didn't even want to get in the shower after a long day of travel, as I felt I would feel dirtier afterward.

It's was okay I ask for late check out the guy didn't bill me so I had to work on that Sunday.

They charged my card for more I owed. I still haven't gotten it back.

The price and the bed and the room chair was comfortable

The bathroom was a pigsty. It needs to be remodeled. There’s a gap by the outside door, air conditioner/ heater leaked all over the tile outside, made it slippery and wet all the time. Bathtub filled up with water when you showered drain cap was missing. The whole bathroom was in disrepair very very disappointing. Definitely not anywhere above a six for this hotel.
