Me encantó la playa. La chica de recepción fue muy amable y me resolvió un tema de la habitación, su atención fue excelente.

La habitacion que se nos asignó al inicio está mal, las camas pequeñas, las dos colchonetas eran ya muy viejas de tanto uso, aguadas y sin soporte torcidas. Encontramos una araña en la habitación y pasó 30 minutos y ninguna encargada de la habitación de aseo llegó a matarla. Nos cambiaron de habitación y estuvo mucho mejor la limpieza, las camas eran mucho mejor y el espacio de la habitación mucho mejor.

After gave me room key the man did not help with my luggage. Had attitude. Bar next to guess service no good service all of them did not smile at all seems they were tired or bad mood.🙂‍↔️😔🤔 Balcony sliding doors did not lock at all called to be fixed they never came back After all it was very nice 👍 I was there to enjoy my Birthday not to let anyone ruin it. It was my second time visiting your Resort ..

"En general la estancia fue buena."

El lugar es grande, las instalaciones a la vista como piscinas, restaurantes, gimnasio, etc., son muy bonitas y limpias, el personal es muy amable, la playa privada es lo máximo y hacen limpieza de la playa a diario lo cual es muy cómodo. Hicimos uso de la parte de juegos de volleyball playa y piscina, ajedrez y todo estaba en perfecto estado, balones e instalaciones.

Las habitaciones son un poco antiguas, estuve en 2 habitaciones la primera no servía la tapa para sostener el agua de la bañera por lo que no pudimos usar la tina, el segundo día salía un olor a humedad terrible del aire que enfermó a mis hijos de la garganta, después de insistir e insistir nos cambiaron de habitación, en la otra habitación no servía la puerta del baño, estaba rota y el aire hacía un ruido que no permitía dormir con tranquilidad, al realizar el check out nos informaron que teníamos un mayordomo o algo así que no nos fue informado en el check in.
