Hôtel l'Elysée Val d'Europe

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, and when I had a small issue, they helped me every step of the way. To make my experience even more special, they surprised me with a lovely gift on my bed for my birthday. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and every detail exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

our stay at l'Elysee was nothing but excellent, from the arrival to the hotel to the friendlyness and willingness to help from the staff to the departure the shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris is superb Rooms were clean and excellent , the beds were superb The bathtub (with the shower in it) was a little small to my liking but it was good and even with 1,87m length i could fit under the showerhead. the only downside i can think of is that the Bar closes a little too early (depending on the time of year) we've visitted Disneyland Paris (which closes at 23:00) took the shuttle bus back to the hotel where we arrived around 23:50 , we wanted to get a drink in the bar after this only to find out the bar was already cleaned and closing at 0:00 it would have been ideal if the bar closes a little later on the days that Disneyland closes at 23:00 (Also because when we were satying in the hotel the majority of the guests were there to visit Disneyland)

During the stay we didn’t have any issues whatsoever. The hotel is very close to Disney and there is a bus that takes you directly to the park. It only takes about 10 minutes to get there. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. There was nothing I could complain about. The breakfast could have more variety but that’s not an issue. Over all it was a very nice and fun stay. The reception was very helpful and friendly too.

V. Good Location right next to metro station and Val D'Europe shopping mall, needs to pay more attention to cleanliness at the rooms & restaurant.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. It's in a great location being directly opposite the shopping center and across from the metro station. Lots of places to eat close by. My only downside was that there were limited English channels on the TV and it was not possible to log into any streaming channels such as Netflix/Disney. After a long few days at Disneyland all we wanted to do was watch a movie in room but this wasn't possible.

We stayed at this hotel instead of staying in a disney hotel which meant for the same price we could get 7 nights instead of 4 and the surrounding area meant eating out was much cheaper than eating in disney. There is a free shuttle but also a train station near the hotel which is 1 stop from disney and only takes a few minutes and also goes into paris and this was our trasnportation of choice Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Disney Land Paris as well as venture into Paris The only neagtives about the hotel is the restaurant was only ok compared to the surrounding restaurants and breakfast is overpriced (18 Euros per adult or alternatively you can feed a familly of 4 at the pattisery across the road for 15 euros), but I would highly recommed the hotel and will be returning in the future

Stayed here when visiting Disneyland paris. Location is perfect for visiting the Outlets and Shopping centre and there is a free shuttle to take you to Disney from directly outside the Hotel. We did not have breakfast but there were great spots around the Hotel serving food. (A great pastry shop straight across). Rooms were very spacious and clean. Will stay next time we visit Disney

Excellent location and smooth service with shuttle buses to Disneyworld . Nice and friendly staff . Breakfast good. Dinner restaurant above expectations.

Very well located for shopping and ease of movement, The price quality ratio is really good for the area of Disney The staff are very helpful with the exception of no concierge to move your bags
