Location Location Location... Property was close to everything that was needed whether its restaurants, nightclubs, grocery, beaches and things to do.

This place has a roach problem! Just gross moved us and then had a ant infestation. Just dirty over bath gross blood on the door dirty by the toilet not kept well or just old and needs to be renovated. I also think I have bedbug bites.

I love the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat. Alexis as door man, Jennifer as a server, I forgot the bartender's name very distinct name, usually works the pool but at the end of teh stay he was at the hotel bar. Also the manager of front desk was very helpful. I'm coming back soon so will write down names as I feel very welcomed and cared for there.

Great staff, food and vacation!

This resort was not what I expected. The customer service was lacking, they were not friendly or going above and beyond like you would expect when you pay this much money for a room. The amenities are lackluster. The food is terrible and they advertise 24 hour room service But the service ends at 10 PM. They do offer food at nearby places and we tried the steakhouse next-door and it was terrible and the worst steak we have ever had. I used a credit card that I only use when I travel and I got credit card fraud at 2:30 in the morning. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a resort in Mexico before

the location is great as it is right at the marina and it wasn't too noisey

Amazing place

All was a very nice experience. The staff is very friendly. The all inclusive deal is perfect with the restaurant options they offer.
