Hotel San Carlos Plaza

Lo mejor de este hotel es el área de albercas , si vienes con niños te lo recomiendo al 100%, la habitación correcta y el bufette desayuno está muy bien.

Que a la alberca deberían de limpiarla de vez en cuando, porque la gente come y toma dentro y lo peor que permiten que la gente fume con niños al rededor, los dos días que que se metió mi hija estaba asquerosa

I like it I think for the price is pretty decent, but I just wish they could clean by the ocean because it was full of seaweed and also in the rooms they have to do a better job on cleaning

I really liked it. It was very comfortable overall I will still come back and stay here.

It was perfect for our family. Had something for everyone without leaving the property. Location was great! Walk right out to the beach. The restaurants were great too. Highly recommend! Will return!

El hotel, las instalaciones, las albercas, todo muy cómodo.

Me hubiera gustado que tuviera room service, o más opciones de comida, no solo el Restaurant Los Arbolitos.

Tienen trato amable y las instamaciones son suficientes en buen estado pero sus instalaciones ya son muy antiguas.

El costo de la habitación es elevado para lo que ofrece, no incluye desayuno. Su playa no esta en condiciones de poder ser utilizada. No hay suficiente transporte al lugar. Mucho tiempo para realizar el chek in.

Breakfast and location were great.

Rooms needs upgrades; Beds are uncomfortable and small. Sofa bed filthy and uncomfortable. Floor had broken tiles and window had no screen or protection to avoid accidents.
