"Instalaciones que tienen referencia a traves de los años y mantienen sus servicios excelentes"

La ubicación esta excelente, las instalaciones tienen acceso a la playa y están muy bonitas y cómodas; sobre todo la parte de las albercas, restaurant los arbolitos y el acceso a la playa

La infraestructura se ve que es de varios años, pero aun así no deja de estar cómodo y nada mas estaba en servicio un elevador de los 2 con los que cuenta el hotel

El hotel se encuentra en remodelación y no tiene todos sus servicios activos y en correcto funcionamiento. En mi ala del hotel no había agua caliente y tuvieron que venir a resolverlo a media noche. Parece un hotel que fue lujoso en algún momento de los 90 pero que ahora se ha quedado atrás. Las albercas estan correctas para niños pero como hacía frío no la probé. La comida deja bastante que desear, nos enfermamos en el restaurante los arbolitos que se encuentra dentro del hotel.

No tenían desayuno buffete, la ubicación es buena pero faltan amenidades y palapas en la playa

Los baños estaban muy sucios con moho en los azulejos, por ser reservado por la plataforma nos dieron un cuarto viejo con un hoyo en la puerta muy fea la habitación la verdad
