This property offers self-check-in only. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to complete the form sent by magic link. Please note that none of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair users. Ground-floor rooms are subject to availability. Requests can be made in advance or upon arrival. An airport shuttle or taxi service is available upon request from 07:00 to 19:00. All shuttle services outside these hours are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. The airport shuttle service will incur an additional charge of GBP 22 per room, per trip, which includes a GBP 10 charge by Gatwick Airport. For two rooms booked together price will be discounted. Hotel pick-up points at Gatwick Airport are STOP-9 in the south and STOP-12 in the north terminal. For additional people and luggage, alternative larger vans can be arranged at an additional cost. Not to worry about anything when you are booked with White House. The property offers breakfast, transfers, parking, an Indian restaurant and bar, an all-day cafe, a luggage room for guests who arrive early, an ironing facility and laundry service. Normal rates are charged one day prior to arrival using a credit card or debit card. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged at the time of booking. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
