Good place to stay

The staff gave excellent customer service. Although the website says there is room service there is not room service.

Everything was good except the pool was “out of order” The reason we picked this hotel is so our kid and family could enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Booked in here for a very short stay while attending a wedding and have to say was a very pleasant experience. It wasn’t busy given the proximity to the festive season but the younglad at the front desk was very helpful from check in to helping with local knowledge. Would stay again

Breakfast wasn't included and water is too expensive.

Have stayed here many times, despite Hilton's policy of nickel-and-diming you for everything. I just don't go for any of their "offers." I eat breakfast elsewhere (lots of options in the area) and use my phone for internet. The reasons that I continue to come back are the convenient location, the cleanliness (not yet too beat up since the last refurb), and the fact that the rooms seem to be well-insulated against noise. One caveat is that they allow pets, so be prepared to switch rooms if there is a barking dog near your room.

Very clean and very quiet. Extraordinary comfortable beds And pillows.

The staff was outstanding HOWEVER we arrived on Thanksgiving morning to breakfast at 9:45. The server gave us menus and was alone so took some time to get back and take our order- at which point it was closer to 10am. 15-20 minutes passed. He returned to inform us he could not convince the cook to cook our breakfast. He had reached out to management but had no luck. He was very distraught and apologetic. We subsequently were offered whatever was left of the continental breakfast- bagels and pineapple- for free. He was super kind and we stopped at the front desk to ensure he was appropriately tipped. We understand it was Thanksgiving and the cook wanted to leave however it was unprofessional.
