Could do with some instructions for the remotes for the air con. But all was excellent.

This accommodation was a nightmare.

My wife and I had a truly dreadful experience during our three-night journey at Ricassoli Apartments in Udine. We booked this place under the impression that it offered air conditioning, only to discover upon arrival that it did not. Instead, we were provided with four fans and told to keep the windows closed to get some sleep. We thought opening the windows would suffice, but from 9 PM until 3 AM, we were subjected to a relentless chorus of noise from a bar located just below us. Guests at the Taverna dell'Angelo were not just inside; they were outside at tables, screaming, singing, and partying right below our apartment. The revelry made it impossible to sleep, and we finally managed to drift off around 4 AM, utterly exhausted. In our desperation, we tried contacting the lady who checked us in, only to find that she had turned off the internet to ignore our pleas for help. After enduring this nightmare, we decided to leave after just the first night and sought a refund. To our dismay, the apartment owner claimed the bar closed at 12 AM, despite the raucous noise continuing until 3 AM. Our request for a refund through the booking app turned into a frustrating back-and-forth; management insisted they were not responsible for the disturbance and outright refused our request, even though the booking provider confirmed they had made several attempts to convince the host to accept the refund. To add insult to injury, the apartment came with zero amenities—no shower gel, no shampoo, and certainly no washing machine or dishwasher detergent. We were caught off guard and had to make an emergency grocery run after check-in, which no one advised us about. If you're considering booking this apartment, be forewarned: forget the air conditioning and mosquito nets; it feels as if you’ve been transported back to the 1900s. Great location, close to bars, restaurants and supermarket, well lit and spacious apartment, would definitely come back

For long stays, the fact that there is no washing machine is a negative point.

Nicely redone apartment, good wifi and good kitchen.

Key handoff could have been smoother, apartment could have a few more amenities like shampoo/soap in the bathroom, pictures on the walls etc...seemed a bit sparse.

The only thing about this apartment is location and apartment is good.

The people who are renting or agency is very very bad. They don't answer on messages when you want to ask something, they didn't tell us where to leave the keys after we check out. The girl Federica she fon't know anything she was rude, unpolite and they try to charge us something that we didn't do because we don't smoke. So I would not recommend this people they don't check apartment beforr they give you keys and after they want to charge you!
