Location of the property was great. It had a nice size balcony to enjoy the views.

The staff is exceptional! The hotel had just one problem (out of hot water for one day) which the staff promptly started working on it. They made my experience to be great in the island as they were giving recommendations and any support I needed.

The location was excellent next to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bus into town. The room was like brand new very fresh and beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and the host was extremely kind and accommodating. I would stay here next time I come to Naxos.

The location was ideal for accessing restaurants, the bus, and the beach. The bed was comfortable, and the room spacious. The view and seating on the private balcony was fantastic. The staff was friendly and extremely responsive.

The room needs a microwave. The towels were a bit rough and the TV was too small. They need to trim the trees in the courtyard to avoid blocking the view of the sea and sunset

The studio was super clean, right in front of the beach. There is Sunset taverna next to it and it is very convenient to be able to have food delivered to your studio, upon request (fantastic local food too). The people managing the property gave us a very warm welcome and they were available (next door) for anything we needed. A perfect family stay with private parking and easy way to drive into Naxos town as well as driving to the other beaches (and the rest of the island). I highly recommend it for families that want a no frills, clean and safe vacation.

The property was very close to the beach and had a restaurant. Easy walking distance to the town. The staff was nice, but didn’t respond to all requests.

This hotel is a 2 star accommodation at best. We did not get the room we booked. We reserved a 1 bedroom room and we were in a studio with 3 beds all right next to each other. The pictures showed a couch and we didn’t have one, not that there was any room for them. Some of the plates in the cabinets were chipped or stained so they appeared dirty. Our toilet would run for 15 min at a time. We messaged the staff about that and the wrong room, but they only addressed the toilet. Staff would come in daily to empty the trash and fold the sheets, but I noticed on our last day that if we had towels on the floor they would fold them and put them back on the bed dirty instead of replacing them. The cleaning staff also left their trash and buckets on our patio space all the time.

Everything was really good! Fantastic owners and a wonderful breakfast. We felt welcome from the first moment! Then close to two nice beaches, shops, bakery and bus is really good! And finally, very good food in the restaurant!
